REFUND POLICY

At The Kennedy Hotel, we aim to provide fair and transparent refund and cancellation terms. These terms apply to all reservations made directly through our website, by phone, or other direct channels, using the contact details below.
Cancellation & Refund Terms
Guests may cancel their reservation without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date, unless otherwise noted in the rate plan. If cancellation is made within that timeframe, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
For reservations cancelled after the 24-hour cutoff (i.e. less than 24 hours before arrival) or for guests who do not show, we will charge one night's room rate plus applicable taxes and fees. That amount will not be refunded.
Special, non-refundable rate plans (for example, promotional or discounted offers) may be exempt from cancellation or refund privileges. If you booked a non-refundable rate, the full charge is incurred at booking and no refund is available.
Rate Plan Variations
Some of our offers or third-party booking channels may have different terms for cancellations and refunds. No-Show Policy
If you do not arrive and fail to cancel within the allowed cancellation period, this will be treated as a “no-show.” In that case, one night’s room rate plus taxes and fees will be charged and is non-refundable.
